My research interests principally lie in geochronology and the geochemical evolution of the Earth during pivotal times of change in the geological record. My current research questions surround Proterozoic ice ages, supercontinent tectonic reorganizations and biogeochemical developments across multiple time scales. My work utilizes rhenium-osmium (Re-Os) geochronology in tandem with field-based geology, sedimentology and stratigraphy to gain a deeper understanding of the geochemical archives, tectonic records and stratigraphic frameworks of sedimentary successions throughout Earth history.
